War Club & Sword Clubs
Always remember your roots and the foundations that our cultures were built upon. Like our ancestors, be that WARRIOR through every rep, obstacle, and challenge!
Battle and fighting was not uncommon in the Pacific. Before steel was available, the weapon of choice for warriors was often the war club or sword club, which were made of hardwood whalebone and stone. These simple but effective weapons came in many different shapes, sizes, and forms. All around the islands in the Pacific, you could find intricate tribal art and craftsmanship displayed on war clubs.
Club fighting was honorable to tribes and clans. To prove themselves and gain reputation, warriors spent much time mastering their craft. Brute strength, discipline, and extensive training was essential in great club fighting warriors in the Pacific Islands.
